Not fairy satisfied?
We hope you will be really happy with our products. However, if for any reason you have changed your mind, a product is faulty, or indeed should you need to exchange an item, this can be done within 30 days. Please note the item must be still in a saleable condition, not been personalised and still have the labels attached.
We regret that unless an item is faulty we cannot refund the postage costs as we are a small company and cannot absorb the costs. Please note the initial postage and packing charge, and any further costs incurred in returning the item, is non-refundable.
Please email us to tell us a return is on its way and we will look out for it. We recommend you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to Believe You Can. Please enclose a copy of your returns slip if possible or details of your name and address. Once we have received and verified the returned item we will initiate the refund, replacement or exchange.
On the rare occasion if one of our items is faulty, then please email us with a photo and whether you would like a refund or exchange and we will advise the appropriate action.
Please note that because our products are handmade there may be some variation from the image on the website. We celebrate the fact that this means you get a unique product and we hope you do too!
