Delivery by Fairy Mail

UK

Cost: Standard p&p costs £1.65 for all UK orders. However we have a special offer of FREE POSTAGE on all UK Standard Deliveries with the code FAIRYPOST at checkout.

Delivery Time: All our orders are sent out 1st class Royal Mail so please allow up to 1-3 working days for delivery, especially at busy times.

Cut off time: We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm on the same day. 

Any orders placed after 2pm or at the weekend/bank holiday will be dispatched the next working day.

Courier option: We do offer a UK courier service for next day delivery (as long as your order is placed before 1pm) which costs £6.50. You will be given this option at checkout.

Non -UK orders

The fairies can fly anywhere in the world! To make it fairer for you we calculate the postage based on your order. Please click ‘Place Order’ at checkout and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Unfortunately due to Brexit and high admin and tax charges we are no longer able to send our products to the EU via our site. If you are in the EU please click here which will direct you to our Etsy shop who can deal with the necessary VAT and paperwork.

Worldwide zone 1 –  ALL countries excluding USA, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and South Pacific = £6.99

Worldwide zone 2 – Australia, New Zealand and South Pacific = £7.99

Worldwide zone 3 – USA = £8.99

All International orders are sent by Royal Mail Standard Delivery so please check with Royal Mail as to the Standard Delivery time.
