We are predominantly a wholesaler and supply a wide variety of shops around the UK and abroad, from small independent gift shops to multiple retailers. Our products sell well in a wide variety of outlets including gift shops, children’s shops, department stores, Fair Trade shops, garden centres, cathedrals, museums, galleries, florists, post offices, party plan businesses, coffee shops, farm shops, new age shops, craft fairs, festivals, holistic/beauty salons and online. We also export our fairies all over the world!

Minimum order:

Our minimum order is just £75 (excl VAT) for all new orders and repeats.

P&P:

We wish our fairies could fly themselves but unfortunately they are still in training so we have to use a courier or Royal Mail (for non UK mainland orders).

Carriage is FREE over £250 (excl VAT).

Carriage is £10 for orders under £250 for all UK deliveries.

For Ireland and Jersey carriage is £15 unless you have ordered the Fairy Doors and so we will calculate the postage for you on receipt of the order.

For all other desitnations please contact us for a quote with your full address and order details. You may wish to order via Faire – please use link below even if you are are already registered with Faire – very important. If you wish to order online urgently, the system will automatically charge you £40 but it is usually much less than this so we will refund you the difference.

Otherwise we may not to be able to accept your order 🙂

Also not all SALE items are on Faire so always best to buy directly from us if you can!!

Prices:

All prices are exclusive of VAT at 20%.

Payment:

All orders (including repeats) are on a pro-forma basis.

We accept payment by:

– credit / debit card (over the phone or online)

– BACS

Details are given at checkout.

Delivery:

Orders are normally dispatched within 1-2 working days for mainland UK (but please allow 4 working days for delivery just incase!) by DPD 24 hour courier service. Please ensure you have the correct delivery address, with postcode, when you review your order at checkout. Believe You Can cannot be held responsible for incorrect details as it is hard to change the address with the courier once on their system and this causes delays and possibly additional costs. If dispatched by courier you will be contacted by email with a 1 hour delivery slot so please ensure somebody is in to sign for your order as the fairies will be very sad if they have no new home to go to. Thank you!

For all international orders we suggest you use Faire (link above). Please let us know by email when you have okayed your order! 🙂

Exclusivity:

We believe in exclusivity so we do not supply to any other shop with the same postcodes as you (as long as they have ordered within the last 11 months) as we believe our products to be exclusive to us and also to you! We try our very hardest to help you have exclusivity but sometimes existing stockists re-locate without telling us and so end up near you. In this situation we try to work out a solution as we believe in long term working relationships to keep everyone happy. I’m afraid if you haven’t ordered for over a year and we have a new shop near you order we cannot contact you to check due to the volume of orders (especially at trade shows).
